Yes - all websites come with training tutorials to help you make basic edits with ease. Plus, we include 30 days of free technical support after launch, so if you need small changes or help settling in, we’ve got your back.
Do I need branding before we start?
Not at all. If you already have a full visual identity, that’s great - we’ll plug it right into your site. If not, even with the VIP Day, you’ll get a mini brand identity that includes colors, fonts, and styling to keep everything cohesive and professional. And with VIP Week, we’ll build your full branding suite from scratch.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely - we believe that quality website design and branding should be accessible. Most of our clients opt for payment plans because, in their own words, the website “ends up paying for itself” by bringing in more business. We typically split payments over 2 to 6 months, depending on your package.

Can you help me manage the website after it’s done? What are the costs?
Absolutely. Ongoing support is available at our hourly rate of $80. Depending on what you need - whether it's adding new pages, updating content, or small tweaks - we’ll provide a clear quote upfront, so you always know what to expect.
How long does the process take from start to launch?
A VIP Day usually takes 24–48 hours with preparation. A full VIP Week can take 7–14 days. For SEO services, results typically start to show within a month after implementation. Paid ads are a faster option - setup takes one week, and you’ll start seeing results as soon as your campaign is live. After that, you can choose whether you want us to continue managing and optimizing your ads for the best ROI.
How much do your website design and branding services cost?
Every business has different goals, which means your package will be customized to your exact needs - and priced accordingly. We’ll discuss everything on the consultation call and only recommend what makes sense for your business. We also offer payment plans (up to 6 months), so your new website essentially pays for itself by helping you attract more clients while you’re still paying it off.
